An Open Box is exactly what it sounds like – we’ll keep your order safely aside instead of posting it straight away, allowing you to add more orders over time before everything is shipped together. Whether you’re waiting for a new fragrance launch, shopping over payday, or simply can’t resist our latest wax melts, room sprays or reed diffusers, Open Box gives you complete flexibility.
How Does It Work?
It’s really simple: 1. Shop as Normal Browse the Melts My Heart UK website and add your favourite products to your basket.
2. Choose “Open Box – Hold My Order” At checkout, instead of selecting standard shipping, choose: Open Box – Hold My Order (Do Not Ship Yet) We’ll safely store your order instead of dispatching it.
3. Keep Shopping Whenever you see something new, simply place another order and choose the Open Box shipping option again. We’ll add every order to your existing Open Box.
4. Ready to Receive Everything? Once you’re ready, place your final order and select: Ship My Open Box We’ll combine all of your orders into one parcel and send everything together.
Is There a Time Limit?
No! Unlike many retailers, there is no set expiry date for your Open Box. As long as you’re continuing to add to your Open Box from time to time, we’ll happily keep it safe until you’re ready for it to be shipped.
